With the Xbox One controller, it felt much more natural especially thanks to the left thumbstick which controls your view when aiming down the sights. While I have nothing but praise for the DualShock 4, the symmetrical placement of the thumbsticks just does not feel right when playing first person shooters with it. The reason behind it include it’s construction feel, the weight of it and most of all, the thumbsticks placements. While I game mostly on the PlayStation 4, my favorite controller of all time is the one you’d find with an Xbox One.

REVOLUTION Pro Controller 1 owners: the software is now available for Mac 😉 Realistically there are very few games on PS Now that require the touch pad gestures, so you can still use the controller you bought if you wanted to.Good news for owners of the Pro Controller 1 (with the 5-pin connector) – its software is now available for Mac, as tweeted by Nacon’s official Twitter account.

You're more than welcome to write off an entire company because of an unwitting mistake you (and likely countless others) made, that is your right, but you'd be missing out on a lot of really good games by doing so. Nobody is criticising you for not realising, but repeatedly stating that it should work when it doesn't won't suddenly make it. It isn't a blame thing, it's just the fact of the matter. The problem is that you didn't Google it before you bought it, because if you had then you'd have known that Sony only support Sony products, the same way you can only play with the DS4 on PC wirelessly with full functionality if you use the official Sony dongle. I know it's Sony's service that doesn't support the licensed controller, but their website makes it very clear that they only support official controllers. Right but you're not trying to control the PC with it, and if you did there would be no issue doing so, just like if you plugged it into the PS4, so it is a PS4 and PC controller. I doubt it will happen though, because then people wouldn't buy DS4 controllers from Sony. As for if anyone knows if they'll add support, we don't even get told when they're removing "evergreen" games, they just disappear.

There is no way to map those, even with a controller that also has a touch pad. You can use software to trick PS Now into thinking you're using a DS4, but you won't be able to use gestures on the touch pad. Their website even says which controllers are fully compatible: I feel like we live in a world where everyone asks Google before they do anything, so it seems really strange to me that you would spend double the amount of money on a controller that is licensed rather than just official based on an assumption. You just can't use it with all functionality. That's why you can use it, just like you can use an Xbox or Switch pro controller.

The controller is supported by the computer.
